You’ve done the work. So why do you still feel stuck?

SOMATIC COACHING

Therapy, meditation, yoga, years of self-help, and you can explain your patterns better than anyone. But knowing a pattern isn't the same as being free from it.

You are not looking for more information. You are looking for a different experience of yourself.

My approach is somatic, so we work directly with what's happening in your body, not just what's happening in the story. I teach nervous system regulation and a particular way of working with how emotions actually live in the body — where they show up, what they're doing, and how to be with them differently than you have before. Some of the work is guided in session, and some is small daily practice you carry into the rest of your life.

Is Somatic Coaching right for you?

This work may be a good fit if you:

  • Have already done real work — therapy, coaching, your own practice — and know your patterns well

  • Still feel caught in the same responses no matter how well you understand them

  • Are open to a body-based approach, even if it's unfamiliar

  • Are willing to practice between sessions

It's not the right fit if you're in acute crisis, need diagnosis or trauma treatment, or need ongoing mental health care. If you're already in therapy, this works well alongside it. If you're unsure which applies to you, reach out. We can figure out the right next step together, including whether therapy is the better fit.

Two ways to work together

The work itself follows what you need either way. The difference is structure and pacing.

Option 1: The Foundational Program

$895 paid in full, or three payments of $310

Six private sessions, and the starting point I recommend for most people. This keeps us focused: every session works toward something specific, rather than drifting into whatever came up that week. Some people continue with one-to-one mentorship afterward.

Option 2: One-to-One Mentorship

$175 per 50-minute session

Ongoing, pay-as-you-go sessions. A good option if you want to start with a single session, need flexibility, or aren't ready to commit to six up front. You can move into the Foundational Program later, or stay open-ended for as long as it's useful.

Stephanie Fulgencio, licensed therapist and somatic coach

About Stephanie

I'm a licensed therapist with more than 20 years of experience working with anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship struggles, and life transitions. Somatic work has become central to how I practice, because I kept seeing the same thing: people who understood their patterns clearly and still felt caught in them. That gap between insight and actually changing how your body responds is what this work is built around.
